Tacoma Park Second Floor Addition and Whole House Remodel
Our client was gifted her childhood home for her growing family. Small and cramped with an out-dated kitchen, we renovated the entire interior including a new kitchen with custom cabinetry and mudroom addition on the first level. We removed the entire roof and expanded the first floor ceiling by 12", and built an entire 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, laundry, and 2 bathrooms.
