Multi-Generational Dwelling

Our client was gifted her childhood home for her growing family. Small and cramped with an outdated kitchen, we renovated the entire interior to include a new kitchen with custom cabinetry and created a mudroom addition on the first level. We removed the entire roof and expanded the first floor ceiling by 12", and built an entire 2nd floor complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room.
